Community Equipment Rentals
Planning a festival, fundraiser, or other community event? The Palatine Jaycees Community Equipment Program is designed to help local community groups and festivals host successful events.
Rather than purchasing or renting expensive equipment, organizations can borrow what they need in exchange for a donation to the Palatine Jaycees. Every dollar raised directly supports our ongoing community service projects and civic leadership initiatives in Palatine.
Equipment costs will vary based on quantity rented, transportation, and any custom branding needs. Deposits may be required depending on the item. For questions, please contact us by filling out this form.
Available Equipment
WaterMonster

A WaterMonster is a portable self-serving bulk water dispenser, holding up to 125 gallons of ice cold, filtered water. It significantly reduces plastic waste by allowing attendees to refill water bottles and cups. This is the ultimate solution for keeping attendees hydrated at festival, races, and other outdoor events, all while supporting your sustainability goals.
The tank features six spigots, along with a hose connection and 1in drain valve. The lid is secured to the tank with two metal pins and locks. With the flag installed, it stands 12ft tall!
Each WaterMonster includes the stand, tank, and water flag. We can help you design, print, and affix tank wraps with your event logo or sponsor (see example below). Cup holders attached to the tank are available upon request.
We're available to handle the logistics - transportation, setup, water transport, filtration, and filling of the tank. Water can be sourced from your location or we transport it from off-site.
Recycling Bins

The bottle shaped recycling bins are a functional piece of event infrastructure, helping you meet your sustainability goals. It stands 56 inches tall and 20 inches in diameter and has a 35-gallon capacity. Its bottle-shaped design and small opening is intended to be easily identifiable to encourage recycling of cans and plastic bottles. The unit is weather-resistant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Each bin includes weighted base for stability.
